The Patchwork Pendant

Two shells, one story. The Patchwork starts with a creamy scallop shell found on Martha's Vineyard, then gets a little something extra: a fragment of a second shell, streaked in plum, mauve, and blush, hand-set on top so the two overlap like pieces of a quilt.

Every beachcomber knows the feeling of finding a broken shell too pretty to leave behind. This is what we do with those. The fragment's bold stripes play against the soft ivory ridges beneath it, creating a look that neither shell could pull off alone. It all hangs from a gold curb chain with just enough weight to feel substantial, landing right below the collarbone.

Because each piece is pieced together by hand from two unique shells, no two Patchwork Pendants will ever match. Wear it with a white tee, a striped button-down, or anything that lets the colors do the talking.
