Shipping policy

Every Classic Charlotte Shells piece is made by hand, so please allow a little time for it to reach you.

Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. During the holiday season, processing may take a few extra days. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping
We ship throughout the United States with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Orders over $100 ship free. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged to protect the shell during shipping and arrives ready to give as a gift.

Lost or delayed packages
Once your order ships, the carrier handles delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package seems lost, email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
