Returns & Exchanges
Every Classic Charlotte Shells piece is handmade from a shell found on Martha's Vineyard, so no two are alike. We want you to love yours. If it's not quite right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. The following are final sale and can't be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked final sale
- Items that are obviously worn or not in thier original state
How to start a return
Email us at justcharlottethings@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or full refund, including shipping.
A note on natural shells
Shells are natural materials, so small variations in color, texture, and shape are part of each piece's character and aren't considered defects.
