A pale one, small and peach-flushed, with fine ribbing and a clean edge. It hangs in a cascade rather than on its own: five lengths of fine chain fall from a single gold ring at the front of a paperclip chain, staggered so nothing lines up. Four mother-of-pearl discs hang at different depths, two chains end in small gold beads, and the shell sits highest.
The whole thing moves independently as you walk, which is the point. Everything catches light at a slightly different moment.
Long, light, and better on a bare neckline than under a collar.
